Equipment Shipping

Equipment shipments will be only accepted on Wednesday, May 7th, 2008 from 9 AM to 4:00 PM. All equipment must be shipped to:

Please make sure your station number is marked on the shipping papers.

All equipment must be picked up on Friday, May 16th, 2008 by 3:00 PM. We are required to empty the Hall by 4:00 PM.

Note: The shipments by ground must be picked up on May 15th, 2008, as ground carrier does not grantee pickup before 3:00 PM.

Please make sure your equipment is properly packaged and shippers identified before you leave the facility. Contact the Meeting coordinator before leaving if you are leaving equipment for pick up by a courier.
