PLEASE NOTE: The Connectathon network is based upon Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) for the medium, at both 10 and 100Mbps speeds, and is terminated with an RJ45 per USOC 568B. If your equipment requires a different type of connection to the network, please remember to bring your own connector(s) with you!

This form is used by Connectathon Security to assure all those with access to the exhibit halls have been pre-registered. Please accurately list all those who will be attending the event from your company. For the security of Connectathon participants, no entrance will be given to those not listed on this form. SECTION 6: Confidentiality and Liability Release Forms

Please read the following confidentiality and liability release forms, complete them, and return with your registration.  These forms are required to complete your registration.

If you have registered anyone who is not an employee of your company, please ask them to submit these forms as well.

SECTION 7: Payment

Non-profit discount
Institutions or organizations with non-profit status are given a 50% discount off station fees and per person fees. If this discount is not sufficient, non-profit companies are encouraged to seek financial aid by independently recruiting a corporate sponsor. The discounts only apply to the "Small" sized stations.
