Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are currently 9.5%, as well as the CA State Tourism Tax of $0.13 and District Improvement Fee of $1.00) or applicable service, or hotel specific fees in effect at the Hotel at the time of the meeting.

Limited supplies of rollaway beds are available for single-bedded rooms and may be secured for a $25 charge. Hotel limits guestroom occupancy to four persons and two beds, including rollaway, per room.
Reservation Cut-Off Date
The "cut-off date" is January 19, 2009. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the Hotel's prevailing rates and will be credited to the Group's Guest Room Block.
Check-In/Check-Out
The hotel's check-in time is 3:00PM. Room assignments prior to that time are on a "space availability" basis only. The hotel's checkout time is 12:00 Noon. Any attendees staying in their rooms beyond checkout time without Hyatt Santa Clara's authorization will be charged for an additional room night at the best available rate. Late checkout is provided based on availability through authorization from our Front Desk.
Reservation Procedures
The reservations for this group will be accepted by the Hotel from individuals. It is the hotel's understanding that guests will be contacting the Hotel Reservation department at (800) 233-1234 or (408) 200-1234. Please have specify that you are part of the group: "Sun Connectathon".

Hotel Distance To Connectathon
The Hyatt Regency is within walking distance from Connectathon 2009 (Network Meeting Center). The taxi fare from the San Jose airport to the Hyatt Regency is about $25. The Hyatt Regency does not have pickup service.
